At Laura Todd, we love fruit... so having fruit in our cookies was a no-brainer!

Fresh Raspberry

First on our list, and certainly not least: the Fresh Raspberry! A delicate and light cookie where the sweetness of white chocolate chips meets the tangy notes of raspberry. Our irresistible cookie with raspberry powder and white chocolate boasts a beautiful pink hue to satisfy your sweet tooth. A wonderful winning combination you absolutely shouldn't miss!  

My Valentine  

A wind of love was blowing through Laura Todd's kitchens when My Valentine was created!  

My Valentine was our Valentine's Day cookie, a cookie designed as a declaration of love to melt hearts.  

It was also our very first creation to include fruit! A delicious and innovative recipe, the result of numerous tests with our pastry chefs.  

This lovely cookie delighted the taste buds of all our lovers with its addictive mix of textures: on one side, the comforting softness of our cookie dough, and on the other, the melting freshness of its flowing heart of organic raspberry jam.  

Add a few grams of natural beetroot powder to get that pretty pink color and some dried rose petals at the end of baking, and there you have it... a cookie as soft as a kiss!  

The apricot glow

Combining care and indulgence in a single cookie? Laura Todd did it with the Apricot Glow! This cookie, co-created with Blissim, the number 1 beauty box in France, was the April exclusive not to be missed.  

Its special feature? French marine collagen and a touch of vitamin C integrated into organic apricot jam, which gave our beautiful Apricot Glow multiple benefits!  

This very colorful cookie with its ultra-soft dough naturally colored by beetroot powder and organic rosehip powder, its flowing apricot center and covered with a ruby ​​chocolate opaline, a naturally pink chocolate, was no less excellent with its beautiful sweet and tangy apricot notes!  

An invitation to pamper yourself while indulging. Mission accomplished, since beauty addicts loved it, and foodies too! 😉  

Happy Strawberry 🍓

Happy Strawberry is the newest addition to our fruity collection!  

A true ode to strawberries, this little strawberry marvel is the most refreshing of our cookies, with an intense yet fresh taste!  

A perfect combination of three addictive textures: an ultra-soft cookie dough, naturally colored with organic beetroot powder; a gooey center of premium strawberry jam, winner of first prize at the World Jam Championship and made in the Pyrenees by Maison Jougla, a multi-award winner at the Concours Général Agricole for the quality of its products; and, as a topping, a disc of homemade strawberry jelly for its freshness and intense flavor, sprinkled with white sesame seeds. Enough to make the strawberry the queen of summer!
