PREAMBLE

These general terms and conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as "these terms" or "the GTC", define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with sales made on the website www.lauratodd.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the site". They are entered into between, on the one hand, Laura Todd, and on the other hand, any person wishing to place an order for product(s) via the site, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".

Ordering products presented on this website is subject to the customer's acceptance of all these terms and conditions as set forth below. These general terms and conditions of sale supersede all other terms and conditions, including those applicable to in-store sales, and are binding on the customer regardless of any advertising or promotional materials that may be issued by Laura Todd.

Laura Todd reserves the right to adapt or modify its Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of modification, the Terms and Conditions applicable to the order will be those in effect on the date of final payment for the order.

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale on the website are those listed in the "Online Shop" section. Laura Todd reserves the right to modify the content of its online shop at any time and without notice, including adding or removing items or changing prices.

ACCEPTANCE

The customer declares having read and accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply to the sales contract. The customer's acceptance of these conditions is signified by one of the actions described below:

AVAILABILITY

Product offers and prices are valid as long as they appear in the online store and on the paper order form, if available. However, the very nature of Laura Todd's products and their preparation method (fresh products, handcrafted in small batches with carefully selected ingredients) may result in the temporary or permanent unavailability of certain items, particularly cookies. In the event of product unavailability, Laura Todd reserves the right to replace the missing items with the closest available product(s) of similar or superior quality.

PRICE

Product prices are expressed in euros, including VAT. The total amount of an order includes the price of the products and shipping costs. Laura Todd reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without prior notice. However, for any accepted order, it guarantees the prices in effect on the date the order is received.

PAYMENT

The price of the products is payable on the day the order is placed. Payment is made securely via the electronic payment module.

Furthermore, Laura Todd reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute.

DELIVERY

Products can only be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order. In the event of an error, omission, or inaccuracy in the delivery information provided (name, address, etc.), Laura Todd cannot be held responsible for any resulting inability to deliver the order.

Once payment is confirmed, we ship your order from Monday to Friday until 10am depending on the delivery method you have chosen (see Delivery Zones below).

These delivery times may be extended at Laura Todd's discretion if she deems that the conditions are not right to guarantee optimal freshness upon receipt of the order. The customer will then be informed by telephone or email of the scheduled delivery date.

Products purchased on the website are delivered within mainland France by Colissimo. Laura Todd cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a customer's delayed collection of their package after the carrier has left a delivery notice in their mailbox. For deliveries outside mainland France, customers must contact Laura Todd before confirming their order to find out the shipping costs, shipping methods, and delivery times.

DELIVERY AREAS

Laura Todd delivers throughout metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco.

Internationally, Laura Todd delivers to the following countries: Corsica, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

The French overseas departments and territories (DOM TOM) are not currently available for delivery.

You can choose your preferred delivery method between courier (Paris Intramuros only) and Chronopost (24 to 72 hours in France and Europe).

During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), our carrier may experience delivery delays, as well as in the event of severe weather or disruptions to transport and traffic conditions.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is offered for all orders over €50 (excluding shipping) to mainland France (including Monaco). This offer is not available for international deliveries or deliveries to Corsica. Laura Todd reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.

PRODUCT STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Order preparation is carried out by us in our workshops. We take special care in packaging your purchases. They are carefully arranged and secured in our shipping boxes to protect them from impacts. The quality and freshness of Laura Todd products remain intact.

IMPORTANT: IN CASE OF ABSENCE OF THE RECIPIENT

To ensure successful delivery of your package, it is essential to provide all necessary information for the recipient's delivery address (mobile phone number, access code, building, floor, presence of a concierge if the recipient is absent, etc.). Laura Todd cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of a package due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the recipient's absence.

If the recipient is not home, our carrier will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox. This notice will specify the address where the package can be collected (the nearest post office or collection point).

If the carrier was unable to leave a delivery notice (no mailbox, missing door code, etc.), you can track your delivery directly on the website (www.colissimo.fr or www.chronopost.fr) using the tracking number that was sent to you by email when your package was shipped. The post office address will be specified there.

MODIFY A DELIVERY OR IN CASE OF A LOST PACKAGE

For any changes to your order (billing address, delivery address, delivery date, etc.), please contact our head office as soon as possible.

RECEIPT AND RETURN PROCEDURES

Due to the perishable nature of the products offered, claims regarding a delivery must be made no later than seven days after receipt of the delivery.

All product returns must be formally agreed upon in advance by both the customer and Laura Todd. The returned product must be shipped by the customer in its original packaging within seven days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon between the customer and Laura Todd.

DISPUTES

In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the client has the option, before taking any legal action, of seeking an amicable settlement. Complaints or disputes will always be received with careful consideration, as good faith is always presumed on the part of anyone who takes the time to explain their situation.

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will strive to find an amicable solution.

AMICABLE SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES - CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 611-1 and R 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes:
