The Recipe for Milk Chocolate and Salted Butter Cookie

Do it at home without further delay.
Makes 30 cookies - Preparation time: 10 minutes - Baking time: 17 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 350g of brown or blond cane sugar
- 250g of butter or margarine
- 150g of chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 100g of caramel pieces
- 1 egg
- 375 g of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 sachet of phosphate-free yeast
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 140°C.
- Cut the caramel pieces into 3 to 4 mm pieces
- Mix the sugar and butter using a whisk or a mixer.
- Add the egg and mix again.
- Mix together the flour, salt, vanilla, baking powder, chocolate chips, and caramel. Gradually incorporate this mixture into the previous mixture in two or three additions, until well combined.
- Make balls using an ice cream scoop if possible.
- Place the balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone.
- Slightly flatten the cookies and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tip : Buy soft caramel candies and add them to the dough
