Easter Cookie Recipe Idea

To help you best prepare for this holiday, which is enjoyed by children and adults alike, we offer you a delicious recipe inspired by Laura Todd.

Whether you are in the city or the countryside with children or in good company, it is the perfect time to get together and share.
To cheer yourself up, start looking for places to hide your cookies in your apartment or garden; the children will be thrilled. Because, as we can't say enough, enjoying cookies always makes us very happy!
INGREDIENTS
- 350g of brown or blond cane sugar
- 250g of butter or margarine
- 150g of chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- A bag of M&M's
- Some chocolate eggs
- 1 egg
- 375 g of wheat flour
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ sachet of phosphate-free yeast
- Preheat the oven to 140°C
- Mix the sugar and butter using a whisk or a mixer.
- Add the egg and mix again.
- Mix together the flour, salt, vanilla, baking powder, chocolate chips, and set some chips aside.
- Incorporate everything in 2 or 3 batches into the previous mixture, until everything is homogeneous.
- Make mini cookies of 20 to 25 g using an ice cream scoop if possible.
- Arrange the 5 to 7 cookie balls without flattening them, placing them side by side to form a crown.
- Add the chocolate chips on top of the wreath, forming small clusters.
- Finally, add the M&M's on top.
- Place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone.
- Bake for 14 minutes!
