5 days of softness
Store carefully in a sealed container, at room temperature. After 5 days, restore their soft texture by heating them for 2 minutes in a fan oven at 125°C. A quick warm-up, and they’ll regain the texture they had on the first day!
If your cookies have toppings, remember to remove them before heating and put them back on just afterwards. Some toppings don’t handle heat very well...
