Our Irresistible Gourmet Trio brings together the three stars of our Praline Collection — artisanal recipes prepared in our Parisian workshop, with half the sugar and much (much) more nuts.
💚 Pistachio Praline
Intensely pistachio, this praline highlights Iranian pistachios, renowned for their unique taste and beautiful natural green color. Slowly caramelized then blended until a smooth and generous texture is obtained, these pistachios reveal their full aromatic power.
🍪 Vanilla Praline
You ADORED it on our 100% Vanilla cookie: our delicious Vanilla Praline is now available in a jar. Creamy, sweet and intensely vanilla-flavored, our Vanilla Praline can be enjoyed by the spoon, on toast or in your desserts. Prepared in our Parisian workshop, this praline is made with two exceptional vanillas: Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and black vanilla from Uganda. In the background, caramelized almond and a hint of salt provide an addictive depth.
🌰 Hazelnut Praline
A classic revisited the Laura Todd way: hazelnuts from Lot-et-Garonne, slowly roasted, caramelized and transformed into a silky paste with an intense flavor. Perfect by the spoon, on toast or to add a twist to your homemade desserts.
