To celebrate spring, our pastry chefs are showcasing vanilla, an exceptional ingredient in pastry making, in a brand new creation: 100% Vanilla .
Discover a cookie dough delicately flavored with vanilla powder, on which we place a generous disc of homemade praline infused with vanilla.
For this creation, we selected two exceptional vanillas:
✨ Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, with floral and gourmand aromas.
✨ Ugandan black vanilla, renowned for its aromatic power and warm notes.
This creation is made by our pastry chefs throughout the spring, using top-quality local ingredients and Laura Todd's expertise. No artificial flavors or colors, of course!
