Happy Cookie Hour
At Laura Todd we love to enjoy cookies according to the rules of the art.
To keep them moist for 5 days, we recommend storing them in their original, closed box at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating them if possible.
Laura Todd's little tip for enjoying them as if they'd just come out of the oven: at snack time, place them on parchment paper in the oven. Preheat for a maximum of two minutes. Let them cool until they are lukewarm.
Enjoy these wonderful cookies with apricot or red berries: raspberries, strawberries.
Don't like fruit? Try cookies with cottage cheese, believe us, they're a real treat.
If you have a sweet tooth, add a small spoonful of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
