The Vegan Chocolate Cookie Recipe

Makes 30 cookies - Preparation time: 10 minutes - Baking time: 17 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 350g of brown or blond cane sugar
- 250 g of margarine
- 60g of thick milk (almond milk)
- 375 g of wheat flour
- 350g of chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ sachet of phosphate-free yeast
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 140°C
- Mix the sugar and the margarine that replaces the butter. (use it very cold, straight from the refrigerator).
- Add the plant-based milk, which replaces the egg, and mix everything together.
- Mix together the flour, salt, yeast and dark chocolate chips.
- Incorporate in 2 or 3 stages into the previous mixture, until everything is homogeneous.
- Form balls using an ice cream scoop, preferably. Arrange the balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone.
- Slightly flatten the cookies and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
